We are unable to accept exchanges or returns as of now.

If in case of missing products/ wrong products / damaged products please email to us at passionhues@gmail.com with the photo/video of the products on the day of receipt itself.  Any items missing / wrong/damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately.

Unboxing video from start ( uncut & unedited ) is mandatory if you plan to file for a refund.
